UCL is a leading university with a network of campus stores supporting student life, events and societies across London. Kubix delivered a Shopify POS implementation to replace UCL’s Fidelity system, improving reliability across locations and standardising retail operations. We configured Shopify POS to work with their preferred Samsung tablets and existing DOJO payment workflow, including manual payment entry that mirrors their current process.
